People for Care and Learning (PCL) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

We operate completely on gifts donated by generous people like you.

100% of all gifts are used as designated; nothing is deducted for overhead, operating, or travel expenses. Undesignated gifts are used where needed most.

Contributions are deductable per section 170 of the IRS Code.
